At SVS Vision, we want you to love your new look. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, cases, and cleaning cloths are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping information.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
